They assured me that one cake would be sufficient, and I agreed. However, they didn't provide me with a price at that moment, but I went ahead and prepaid. I placed an order a few days ago for a cake and I had told them specifically it’s 35 adults how big of a cake or how many cakes do I need, they tell me I need one cake. I said okay that’s cool. When I ordered it but they never told me a price or anything and I prepaid it. When I came to pick up the cake they give me a cake that can only feed 10 adults. Came here and bought the rosca de Reyes it was deliciously super soft and flavorful. We usually get ours at a nearby place but we decided to give this place a try. And they have the cutest mini conchas! And tasty the kids loved them. I got a recommendation from my friend to try this place out. Since it was the holiday season we got into the talk of the 3 Kings bread. We went on a Sunday at about 6pm and it was kinda busy. They have a huge parking lot that is shared with a few other stores. It’s a strip mall. So there is plenty of parking. They had their big van parked out at the edge of the parking lot by the street so it can be seen I assume since it has the bakery’s info and photos on it....

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Azteca Bakery used to be my go-to for my kids' birthday cakes, but their quality has significantly declined in recent years. I specifically asked the woman for a red border and red lettering, but they did not follow my request. This was a major disappointment for my daughter. The last time I ordered a chocolate cake, it came with strawberry and sauce in between, which completely overpowered the flavor. I won't be returning. I stopped going a while ago for the sweet bread as well, since it's no longer good. The bread is too dry, and the pastries are so hard, they seem like they've been sitting out for ages.
I don't have much to say on service, since this was a surprise birthday cake. But my mom said the staff was very sweet! The cake was absolutely delicious. There was layers of chocolate and vanilla cake, with a layer of strawberry jam, and a cheesecake like layer. My favorite frosting is a whipped cream frosting, so it was delightful on this cake. What a wonderful surprise birthday cake! I can't wait to see what other treats they have.
Very delicious stuff. Many bakery items are huge!! Great prices too. I just wish I knew how to speak a little Spanish because sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier. Highly recommend!
Every single time we get tamales from this place, they ARE HORRIBLE. The tamales are from days, they just warm them up and the tamales get NASTY.. do not recommend this place.

I love coming to this place! The bakery items are very authentic and the Chocoflan is so good.
