we had a great dinner here on the roof terrace. the ambiente with mountain views, gentle lighting, comfortable sitting and the great fireplace made our culinary experience very pleasant. the service was excellent, and they have a great drink and wine menu. we had the shaved brusselsprossensalat, the hard-fished, and the tasty pablano, which were all excellent. make sure to make a reservation and ask for the seats on the upper floor. they also have seating in the interior and additional seating in the outside area by the pool. there are two bars, both in the upper and lower floors, but if you decide to stop for a drink here, they will definitely go up to enjoy the view and the fireplace area....
celebrated my man birthday on the beautiful dach of azucar. the ambiente is stunning and the mood is great! they could take us a little early for our reservation that I have appreciated very much. service was a bit slow, but our waitress was the only person who worked up and worked hard! she made great recommendations, took our picture and was very friendly! we started with the spicy melon margarita (omg, so smooth and tasty) and the blood orange margarita (also fantastic). the trüffelfries were excellent. I had hoped to order the ahi bruschetta after reading reviews, but unfortunately it was from the menu. my man enjoyed the crab filled poblano paprika, which had a little heat and a nice am...
10/10 I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. Staff is amazing, drinks, food, atmosphere. To start off we had no reservations for Azúcar, they gladly took us in on a busy night, got us seated and provided drinks right away. The blood Orange margarita is my favorite and I could drink all night. Food was finger licking good! We ended the night by going yo the rooftop and drinking a bit more. Thank you azúcar staff for making us feel so welcomed!!
this was one of my favorite evenings during a 7-day stay in palm springs. the hotel grounds and restaurant are both beautiful and a hingucker and the food and drinks were very good. it's usually American eating with a Mexican stuff. the scallops and polnta I had were delicious.
