Once inside it is quite a calm setting. The service is ever helpful and always polite.

Short review. Strange location when approached in the evening- Chifley Plaza in Sydney is deserted, looks like a mall all glass and tiles and escalators. Decor of restaurant matches the plaza. However the service is very good, the sashimi is excellent as were the eel and scallop nigiri. They offer many meat and tempura dishes but we just had the seafood based offerings and all were superb.
A side note for budding magicians: Beer in thick large mugs with glass walls so thick the actual beer volume is around 150ml! But the large mug gives you the impression of plenty. Quite the illusion.

The restaurant has private dinning rooms and it is great for cooperate catchup and special occasions. ordered Mediterranean bluefin tuna sashimi. the best sashimi i have ever tryed. The restaurant has greater range of sake.
