Has recently new owners. Its ok. still no bathrooms. They took away self serve drinks, never offered refills. The food is good but small portions for the price. We got bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos, curly fries and a chicken wrap, was $27 with 2 drinks. Burger was good but had fake cheese on it. Chicken wrap had 1 chicken strip on it... it was ok but for the price there are better places.

I was left without a drink despite sitting right by the register. The waitress walked past me several times, avoiding eye contact and ignoring my attempts to get her attention, while she tended to the other guests instead. It felt like you had to be part of a select group to receive proper service here. I have no intention of coming back, and I certainly cannot recommend this place!
The new management seems nice and my food was very good that I ordered (chicken melt with mushrooms added and cheese fries). I think management should reconsider their prices though or give the appropriate amount of add ons like my mushrooms if I am paying for it. Overall good experience though! Book a table now
What a charming little spot! It was fascinating to learn about the story behind the name. The catfish jalapeño hush puppies were delicious! I wish the new owners all the best and much success!
This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is excellent, and if you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a go. It's definitely worth it!
Everything was great. Catfish was a little overcooked, just a little bit. Other than that, it was delicious!!!
