This restaurant is terrible. The staff is rude and invasive, even asking young children their ages without permission from the adults. The food was okay, but the horrible service and attitude ensure that we will not return and will actively discourage others from going. Despite a party of 7 spending well, the experience was so unpleasant that we were shocked.
There was 8 of us and the service was great, food was hot and fresh, staff were welcoming. The menus were taken away from us, but were given back each time we ordered more food, I was worried about booking here after reading previous reviews, but I can honestly say none of us had anything bad to say about the service or food. Thank you BaFu for having us x
The service at this restaurant was appalling - we were made to feel like everything was a burden and the staff were extremely rude. The food was terrible, lacking in flavor, and despite it not being busy, we still waited a long time for our meals which were not worth the wait. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money here.
We have just had a takeaway from this place absolutely awful. I ordered chilli beef and the beef tasted as if it was cooked in old oil and the beef was terribly over cooked. My partner had special fried rice and curry sauce he got about 4 pieces of meat and one pace was bone and the curry sauce had a weird flavour. Will never order from here again. Book a table now
Got a takeaway on collection to try a new Chinese restaurant. Do not feel this meal will make me change from my regular Chinese. Food was over cooked and bland in flavour. I was very disappointed with my meal and do not think we will be returning.
Mouthwatering food definitely going again staff are lovely made me chuckle specially the young girl. Don’t know why people complain about them they are very hardworking definitely under rated
The food was delicious, but if the service was less rushed and the staff were more welcoming, friendly, and polite, you would definitely leave a generous tip and visit more frequently.
What a weird environment this place is… So we went as a group of 4, ordered our drinks the beer was flat as a pancake the Coca Cola we ordered gave me panda pop vibes? Book a table now
Fantastic takeaway. Been using Bafu for years, no where else compares. Portions are so much bigger than other local Chineseso actually feed the family.
