First of all, I was very impressed by the service here. It was attentive, helpful and efficient. The lady saw that I was in a hurry on my lunch break and made sure everything was done on time. The menu is not massive but it's quite diverse with interesting items and your usual suspects. I had a roti canai and lobak to eat in and took a nasi goreng takeaway. My roti was a bit thicker than I expected (I tend to always compare to Mamak's roti which is my favourite) and it was a bit burned on one side but it tasted nice and it wasn't hard. The chickpea and lentil dhal that came with it was actually sweet but again fragrant and tasty. Different to anything I have had before. It was my first time...
Great little place at a nice spot in Docklands close to the Yarra river bank. Very friendly and polite service.<br/ <br/ We ordered quite a few things but the stand out dishes were the Fried Chicken Laksa and the Prawn Dumplings. The dumpling were in fact one of the best we have had in Melbourne.<br/ <br/ Went back there a second time recently and were equally happy again.
This place has one of the best curry laksa i’ve ever tasted in my life! Went here twice ordered the curry laksa with fried chicken twice in a row it was absolutely delicious both time!<br/ I tried the nasi rendang as well and loved it!<br/ <br/ If i ever go back to melbourne this place will certainly in my mind!<br/ <br/ Yum yum yum !!!!
I got ayam kapitan to take away for lunch. It tasted very flavourful and the portion size was sufficiently generous. It could’ve been even better if the rice was coconut rice. The service was really good the guy was super welcoming and friendly. I look forward to trying out some of the other dishes.
