"Good chicken. How about a spicy option? This is Texas, not New York city. Folk here don't have Yankee bland pallets."

Babes just doesn’t do it for me anymore. When I first tried it, the food was pretty good, but recently, it’s been a letdown. The chicken is always super salty now, to the point where I don’t even want to eat it. The biscuits have absolutely no flavor—eating them felt like eating air. Surprisingly, the chicken strips had more flavor than the actual chicken. On the bright side, the cream corn was delicious, and the green beans were good. However, the banana pudding was another disappointment. Overall, the quality has really gone downhill, and it’s just not the same experience it used to be. I wonder if other locations are better... I really don't want to try and find out.
