Young couple who opened this restaurant in June, we arrived by chance and we did not regret it. The concept of the unique menu we love a lot, an entry, a dessert and the choice between the Crau lamb or the redt in dish with the possibility of taking cheese as well. The entrance beet raifort was great, the lamb melted in the mouth and the dessert surprise pear nut very well. The dishes are beautifully presented, original, inventive and the perfect flavors well dosed. Value for money is exceptional. We were on the terrace in the shade it was just perfect. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere with other customers everyone enjoyed each other. Don't hesitate you can go with your eyes closed.
Price quality not ok. The food was reasonable (little) but overpriced bill. The ravioli was tasty but you could hardly see it on your plate. The meat of the main course consisted of 50% fat. We left the table with half full stomachs. The service was even worse. The lady still has a lot to learn in the catering industry. When changing dishes we had to use the same and stained cutlery. The Babet is an excellent restaurant, with fresh, local products, worked and carefully chosen by the young couple of restaurateur. They know the products they serve and it is seen. The map is simple and effective, ideal to get out of its comfort zone and make new discoveries. A must-see place in Vaison!

For young restaurateurs, the meal was excellent. The menu is searched, it changes the Burgers we see from everywhere and the reception is perfect, normal they are stephanes! I recommend this restaurant with family or in love. I'll be back.
