I live in Tennessee, but I grew up in Lake Charles, where my family still resides. I visit home twice a year, and during each trip, I always make it a point to spend at least one day at Babineaux. I'm not sure what I love more—the food, the atmosphere, or the wonderful staff. If I lived in Jennings, I would eat there every day and explore other places on the weekends.
We only ordered the pork copper dinner and the hamburg steak dinner with all the sides. It must be one of the best meals we've had in a long time, if not the absolute best.
