What a delightful experience! Overall, Baby Brasa is definitely worth a visit for the pure range of flavors available on the menu and the thoughtful atmosphere/service. The indoor ambiance is trendy but welcoming, with greenery and comfy seatingthroughout the space. The outdoor seating is also beautiful (and abundant! with pink flowers adorning everything. We went to Baby Brasa on our anniversary to try their current Peruvian menu and it was fantastic! We sat in the outdoor area, which is very nicely decorated with flowers everywhere. The outdoor seating is huge and had a very lively atmosphere. We drankthree cocktails, the pink flamingo, the Negroni, and a Pisco sour. The Pisco sour in particular was delicious, highlyrecommend! Excellent dining experience! Love the vibe of the restaurant. Nice and vibrant interiors, beautiful bar and they have an outdoor seating as well. The pink flamingo cocktail was so good and cute presentation too. Our server Evahn was great, hisrecommendations were on point. I really enjoyed the appetizers. The food, music, and drinks were all amazing. Some favorites were the arepas, tuna tostada, Parmesan scallops, and lomo saltado. Please note that in the colder weather, make sure to indicate that you want to sit indoors and actually write it in the comments of the reservation. Opentable does not have a separate choice for patio/outdoors vs indoor. That being said, our server moved some tables around in the outdoor area and created a warmer space and the overall experience was terrific.
The restaurant locates at a great location in West Village and with amazing visibility. The restaurant design was like a piece of art. For the food part, we loved the taste of each dish. Especially, we love the cocktails. Coconut Margarita is the one youdon?t want to miss. Personally, I love Seafood Bura Bura a lot. People working in the restaurant were having dress code, whichwas very impressive. If you are gonna have a date set up, this would be a great choice.
Everything related to food was amazing besides desserts. We ordered 4 different desserts and all of them tasted old. Service was mediocre as well. The manager never came to ask what was wrong with the desserts or anything. He was more interested in bringing dessert to the hostess. We were expecting way more
