Bacari is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. I dine here as often as possible and it never disappoints. 'G is awesome! He always makes sure everyone is taken care of and enjoying their experience. The hostess was great! She was friendly, welcoming and really set the tone of the dinner. Our server, can 't remember her name (she had blond hair with bangs), was awesome! She made great drink and food recommendations, was super personable and an overall great server! Can 't overstate how magical the ambience is!
Overall the food is good. The bread pudding and kale salad were my faves. The grilled chicken and gnocchi were a little too tart for my taste. I’ve been to bacari a few times and loved it. They change their menu seasonally which I wasn’t aware of so it was different this time. Also it is definitely not Italian like how it’s categorized on open table. It’s tapas more Mediterranean than anything.
Bacari is one of my favorite places to take visitors! The food and drinks are inventive and flavorful and this location has one of the most enchanted patios in the city. Enjoy!
