Actually this is my second visit of disappointment to the Backyard Burger on Perkins. They don’t deserve the one star that’s notated. This time I must vent. I went through the drive through Taviyunna was the cashier. She was nice. I ordered a wild turkey burger on a wheat bun and a large fry. After I paid and drove off. I noticed my fries were limp and warm. They were not hot and cooked to perfection. Okay that’s fine because I knew my sandwich was going to be good. NOT!!!!! The sandwich blew my mind. The meat patty was cold. Not warm like it had been sitting for a while; but really cold. So I pulled over on a side street off Walnut Grove to call back and the phone is serviced where you can...
While sometimes they might not have chicken or milk shake mix which I think is for to the foodecause of the food shortages, they do have great customer service! They even have a drive-thru intercom that is automated by a robot that takes your order!Welcome to the future!
I had a birthday free dessert coupon. I chose apple cobbler a la mode. My coupon even showed a photo. Indoor closed. Checked my oder after leaving window. No ice cream, my husband WALKED back to window and got ice cream. Employee not paying attention.
Disgusting and unpleasant experience. The service was rude, the food was subpar, and overall disappointing. I used to enjoy eating at Backyard Burger, but now I understand why it is not as successful as it used to be.

Decent experience going through the drive thru, however the only thing that threw me off was the automatic voice that was taking the order. By the way, it got my order right (1st time)?
I got the blackened chicken combo and the fries were crisp and hot but the chicken tasted pre-cooked and they threw it on the grill with a little blackened seasoning. Tea was good.
You can't go wrong with Backyard Burger. Their food is always delicious and the service is excellent. I can't complain because I love this place.
They never turn on the sign at night. The staff appears to be having a great time, but not very concerned about customers.
