"As I said in previous reports, asparagus is best eaten in village houses with tradition. Well, Bakenköhler is not a small inn where the hostess still cooks himself, but in any case we wanted to go to eat here. Before a fairly large building ensemble we found a parking lot and that on Easter Monday. We had reserved, however, but there were still enough seats and the modern furnished guest room. We got a rustic menu, the cover sheet looked like a beaten wooden box from earlier times. There was no vegetarian version with kernelschinken or with schnitzel. I could have asked, but I was sure my companion could do that. So we ordered two Pinot Grigio and of course the asparagus with ham. What was...

As I said in previous reports, Spargel is best eaten in village inns with tradition. Well, Bakenköhler is not a small inn where the hostess still cooks, but in any case we wanted to go to dinner here.
