Essen war in Ordnung, wir waren irritiert über die Speisekarte: anscheinend gibt es einen asiatischen Schwerpunkt ('Gerichte aus dem Wok', und andere Speisen). Diese Speisen mischen sich auf der Karte mit gutbürgerlicher Küche wie Schnitzel, Salat, aber auch Spare Ribs.Komische Mischung. Irritierend war, dass offenbar der Chef des Hauses den Kellnern 'im Nacken hängt' - die Kellner haben einen guten Job gemacht, es gab keinen Grund dafür. Der Chef stand aber am Tresen und beobachtete die Situation oder wies Tische zu (einen Tisch abgeräumt hat er aber nicht).Gut war, dass man (was in Saalbach ansonsten schwierig war) abends ohne Reservierung einen freien Tisch bekam. Das Essen war in Ordnung...
Very rude and slow service, even when the owner was there. Instead of an apology from the owner the owner he came to the table and said that we are not allowed to scream here.. by screaming he meant when we finally asked for service. Definitely the worst place we visited in Saalbach. How does a place like this work? Location, location and location!

Prezzi medio alti nella norma della qualità proposta.
Situated at the bottom of the Bernkogel run, you can ski in, or take a 5 minute walk from the village centre. A sun terrace and bar are fine for the good days and the traditional inside is very attractive. Food is very good and typically Austrian, as is the service.

Loved the zander fillet although the accompanying veg and rice was rather heavy on the palate and the belly! Service all pleasant and attentive even though the place was quite full. Friends all had decent meals. 4 stars about right.
Hade förbokad middag på kvällen där genom resebyrån. Fick sitta på ovanvåningen där var inte så mysigt. Buljongsoppor till förrätt nästan varje dag hela veckan, ingen höjdare annars god mat.Tuff backe för att ta sig dit.
Wir waren abends zum Essen. Die besonders aufmerksame Bedienung und der ausgesprochen mitdenkende Service für die Kinder ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen. Jedes Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Unbedingte Empfehlung.

Lovely lunch here recently. Great choice on the menu with something for everyone. The ribs were amazing and HUGE! Our whole table had fantastic food and good value.
