Very positive experience I had great variety with this bakery, even in the evenings, you will find sweet, not sweet pastries, as well as a drink always ready for you. The only thing I couldn't understand how two counters stand... how the second lady knows I paid? Maybe she saw me when I was first, as the second counter is quite far from the first and closer to the exit area... I had no negative experience that I was stopped and asked if I paid... but I realized I didn't get a check, so how would I have proved that I paid if a situation had grown up... well, don't know. Everything's okay!
Probably the most economical food joint having something or the other for all kinds of people including vegans. This places like most others in the Düsseldorf central station is a take-away restaurant but what separates this place is that this is a pretty big self-service take-away restaurant wherein you are at your liberty to pick and choose the product you like and take it to the billing counter for receipt. And once billed, you can also use the microwave to warm the food and pack it on your own. Overall a nice self-service take-away restaurant.
take a tablet, take her to eat (with tang,) pay, and then put in a bag and go. it is a bit confusing, but seems good to work (if they don't get a dither in front of them) the product was really very nice,...fresh and delicious. I chose a serrano sink and cheese sandwich and a nussig-chocolate-mousse croissant. they both lubricated as if they were leaving the many. there is a lot of competition, but that was just my favorite station baked as they make their own choice (and I would say it is a little cheaper than the others.)
At times the Backwerk range can be quite decent for vegans; other times it's black coffee and bread rolls. When it's available, it's pretty decent for a chain bakery. The sun-dried tomato and avocado sandwiches are good in the morning, but dry if it's been there all day. The vegan schnitzel-type rolls are good, but notoriously difficult to obtain.

So of course, backwerk is a bakery chain and its goods are not handmade and quality can therefore not be the best. This is a self-service Restaurant offering a variety of Options including vegetarish and vegan at a nominal Price. There is a bread slicing machine and an oven. Not sure if it works all the time. One of the best alternatives for vegetarians and vegans as the Options here are pretty good.
It is a place to get a bit fast on the way, very good prices, for a cappuccino you pay 1,90 euros, which is much cheaper than other places. Fresh bakery, but not really amazing quality. It's just okay
After a worker had asked about the “avocado mare” and “sandwich” several times, he finally admitted that it is not sold out, they simply do not store it even though it is advertised!

for a fast on-the-go snack (especially on a Sunday when many places are closed) the spinach bore is a decent alternative. but it is a snack, not especially fill out.
