We have eaten in the restaurant badamar badajoz fresquísimo, elegant, well served, although a waiter more or a receppist would be no more. I have loved the concern for quality: if something is not correct, it does not come to the table. They couldn't give us ham or loin because they didn't have the quality they demand.
