The usual top consultant quality. Unfortunately, the staff in the breakfast area is completely overwhelmed. There would be a better organization. Now for the second time, everyone can have a bad day. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Even today unplanned processes and organization at 12 guests and 2 in the Thresen sale broke out panic. No one had a plan and the processes were just catotic. A really nice shop with good would, but Personel must be trained there much better.
Variations in the quality of the rolls. Depends on who needs to work. If the one is right the quality and then the rolls are the best in the whole area. Partly too little staff so long waiting time is to be planned.
The best baker ever. I come from Hannover to buy bread, rolls and cakes (best cake ever)! The coffee is also great, all staff super friendly and you can also sit comfortably inside! Just top!
Bertermann is a great baker. Only the milk coffee is underground in Hausberge. In addition, prices are now really heavy!
