"The very friendly seller has an idea of the delicious and fresh products. He has informed me of the offers and the composition of the baked goods. About the somewhat old-baked shop (missing decoration, inadequate lighting, broken shop window pane) I could look well, as the baked goods and cakes/pies were very tasty and I felt very well at the employee!! !"

The bakery Heck sells a lot of bakery from the canned so my impression. The breads are definitely missing a pure craft bread in the assortment. In my opinion, prices and quality offered for this are not always consistent. The two regular salesmen do their thing well, they could even call it an institution in Lorsbach, although they sometimes shoot something beyond the target... The branch needs an update both in the interior and on the facade: The store acts from the outside on the customer sloping and old baked; the ladies try to keep everything clean and tidy inside. I would like to be able to buy more honest bakeries in the bakery. To date, I only buy there if I don't make it a better bak...

I need to say something here. This morning my pregnant woman went to the bakery stern. Because she had to be very urgent in the bathroom she couldn't hold it anymore. She asked very nicely if she could use the toilet. She was really rudely enjoyed by the employee and there was no toilet and a tone. We really need to thank the neighbor who let my wife in her apartment and left in the bathroom. Thank you. The employee could have been nice and let my wife go to the staff. But you don't see them all being the same.

I would have liked to give 0 stars if possible. I have just made the experience that seller is so unfriendly. She ignored me for 4 minutes and spoke very loud and unfriendly to me. I asked if she had a coffee with lactose free milk. Keep yelling and the fridge door banged loud. And started a coffee with normal milk. I asked about lactose-free milk and I laughed. Probably she had extreme stress in the day. But still, this is not right to deal with customers.

After a 7-minute conversation with her mother, the saleswoman ended her phone call with the words: “I must serve a client.. that is a little...” my question about how I would be?! She meant I would have rolled with her eyes instead of clarifying the issue or serving me she went back to eat her breakfast. We will never enter the business again, which is a pity, as the “mother” is always very friendly Book a table now
