I would like to share my experiences with bakery and confectionery Bolten in Moers. Unfortunately, I can only give a three-star rating as I have both positive and negative experiences. The parking situation before the bakery was very difficult, which unfortunately made our visit somewhat unpleasant. The service forces also seemed overwhelmed and were forgetful, which led to slow operation. Nevertheless, they were friendly and have repeated our order correctly, but unfortunately it was executed incorrectly. The interior of the bakery and confectionery is acoustically very loud and reminded me of a railway station hall. The bakery is not suitable for a comfortable stay from our point of view....
The shop has a very good location and the premises are also very large. Very good for a break interim. But... the operation is grottenbad and unfriendly high ten. I wanted to order something to take, except I didn't get to the counter. The one power sorts things in and after 1-2 min I said, good morning I can order something. At the same time, the phone went and the other power went to the phone. So I was allowed to wait... impossible. Never again.
You can eat breakfast or eat small dishes for small money here. Staff very nice. Courts throughout well. Minus points: The cutlery.. Doesn't usually seem to be made of stainless steel, but of sheet metal?. It doesn't feel good when eating, even if everything is very tasty. This could be improved Also the tables are not very often wiped off and are of the processes full of crumbs or coffee spots. The toilets could also be more well-maintained.
The best bakery café I've ever visited. Super leaks everything and very cozy. Staff are so nice and polite. They always work fast to us there are always a lot of visitors here: ...you have definitely earned a premium for the great service they provide here.
