We were a bit indecisive choosing some items to take with us for lunch yesterday. Like, 1 minute total, and the woman serving had quite an edge to her to the point my wife and I both commented about it as we walked back to the car. I lived in Switzerland for 7 years and my wife is Swiss. This encounter reminded me of a phenomenon that bothered me when I lived here: the attitude that the customer is always wrong. Anyway, at lunch time we were not impressed with the flavour of the spinach and potato rolls or the bundner nuss tort. They seem to be using inexpensive oils instead of butter and the pastries always suffer when you do that.
