Einer Bäcker wie er sein sollte. Klein fein und genau die richtige Auswahl. Ich brauche keine 10 verschiedene Brote. Da werden noch Backwaren hergestellt wie man es von früher kennt, liebt und schmeckt. Gibt leider nur ein Manko für mich, er liegt leider nicht auf meinem Arbeitsweg und ich komme nicht so oft dort vorbei wie ich gerne wöllte.
