The customer service is terrible! Everyone can have a bad day but that's not it. I shop here regularly because there is no other bakery nearby. And they are always unfriendly. It was my first time here and I can't confirm the negative reviews the donuts could have been a little fresher, but it was also a Sunday afternoon after 4 p.m. The selection is otherwise good and the lady at the counter is very friendly! I don't understand the bad reviews. We were served very nicely and super quickly. There was a lot of choice of cakes and everything was absolutely delicious. The prices are also appropriate. It is homely and very clean in the café. Book a table now
Good cake that I was not able to enjoy because it fell in the street while I was having breakfast, I was not allowed to sit down even though I was traveling and a foreigner. The reason still remains unclear.
Double price will be charged. Very unfriendly old woman at the checkout. The goods are not even entered into the system, but rather flat amounts. Please take care! Customers are being ripped off here.
