In jedem Brot steckt mehr als nur Mehl und Wasser!!! Sicherlich einer der schönsten Orte, die ich je besucht habe. Die Bäckerin ist zwei Generationen älter als ich und trägt eine Weisheit mit sich, die unbezahlbar ist! Danke für die Zeit und die vielen Eindrücke.

Kunsthaus, Backhaus, Begegnungshaus. Immer wieder eine Freude, wenn man im Haus Wiegele zu Gast sein kann. Abgesehen davon sind Brot und Gebäck echte Handarbeit mit besten Rohstoffen. Und erst die Schaunrollen!! Hinfahren und Genießen!!!
