I ordered a pizza and a drink online for pickup, paid in advance, and even included a tip. When I arrived at the designated pickup time, the pizza wasn't even in the oven. Instead of putting it in right away, the employee just stood there. I requested a refund since I didn’t have time to wait, but the manager said he needed to get approval from his boss on the phone before he could process it. I ended up leaving without my order. The customer service was terrible, and I won't be returning.
I paid $61 for food that we couldn't eat. The order arrived 20 minutes late, was cold, and two drinks were missing. We ordered three pizzas: one was badly burnt, one was missing toppings and finishing sauce, and the third was so cold that it was rubbery. The salad was also incorrect and definitely not worth the over $8 price tag. If we decide to try Mod again, it will probably be from the new Mill Station location.
While I was waiting for my food last night I saw one of the employees sweeping. I?m guessing they were cleaning up so they wouldn?t have too much to clean when they close but when my food was ready she put the broom down and took my food out the ovenwithout washing her hands. She then placed it in the box and grabbed the pizza cutter and cut my pizza and closed my box againwith dirty hands.
Really disappointed tonight. Normally love MODs. Pizza delivered tonight arrived cold, burnt and unfinished. Several items were missing from our order. Most of our party refused to eat theirs. We ended up ordering another pie from Pizzaman down the streetjust do everybody could eat. Book a table now

"Ordered carryout. I order a brisket sandwich. I ate a few bites and tasted a weird cleaner like taste. Not sure if it was something that fell in the lettuce or the brisket itself. Spent the rest of the night not feeling good. The fries were good atfirst but I didn't eat anything else after that bad taste."
