When I brought it up at the counter, the young man explained it was because of the tomato and offered to make me a new one. I appreciated the offer, but honestly, he should have just done that without me having to ask. As a mailman, breakfast is really important to me—it sets the tone for my whole day. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on a roll and was told it would take 10 minutes because they were busy. They served the other three customers first, and I kept waiting for my order. After 10 minutes, the employee who took my order brought out his own sandwich and started eating. That’s when he realized they never made my food, and the store was empty. I will never come back. The service was terrible, and they had run out of bagels—surprising, considering bagels are their main product. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I thoroughly enjoy their platters! The food is definitely worth a try. They always have special offers when I go there. Plus, they've decorated the restaurant for Halloween, and I'm really enjoying it!
