Normally a good experience at bagel Chalet but on two occasions now what I ordered is not what I received. Judging by the reviews this seems to be common. It does not encourage me to come back anymore. I very clearly gave my order for a hero. I asked for extra cheese and mayo on the side. What I received was one slice of cheese and the sandwhich drenched in mayo with a cup of mayo on the side. What sense does this make? Also my food was served on a dirty tray. Classy. The sandwhich was so unenjoyable that I tossed it. I know the order was taken correctly because I saw the paper it was written on. I was even charged extra for the extra cheese.
3 strikes you are out!!!! I went for my last time to BAGEL CHALET, it was empty so that was nice. All I get is 1 scrambled egg with extra bacon. The cashier was told 4x to make sure I was charged for the extra bacon. I paid $16 and change for that sandwich and a large ice tea. Not only was there NO BACON, but the sandwich was inedible. Who checks their egg sandwich, nobody!!! Believe me this is not only my last time going there but I will make sure to take my family'sbusiness, especially all the catering that we do, to a place that cares and gets the orders right before you are charged. SHAME on you guys.
This is undoubtedly the best bagel spot I've ever visited. I recently moved away from Smithtown and no longer have the chance to enjoy their delivery every weekend. When I returned to visit family, I had to drop by. If you're searching for a clean and delicious bagel place, this is it! The staff has mastered the busy rush, operating a flawless system to get orders out quickly. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Great job, everyone!

Wow what a bagel place, will become my new go to Bagels are great but you can find that on long Island at a lot of places Its the sheer number of choices you have, cream cheese so many, and they are all really good Service was fast for so many people on line, but there are so many people working it goes fast Pleanty of drinks , coffee and tea It was a really clean nice place In be back many times
I recently visited Long Island from Florida with my girlfriend, and she brought me to my very first deli. Wow, it was absolutely amazing! It was definitely worth the wait. We stood in line with over 40 people, but it was so worth it. The staff were incredibly friendly as well while taking our orders. I would give it a 10 out of 5 stars!

Honestly, this is one of the best bagel shops on Long Island. The staff is incredibly friendly—Adam assisted us today, and everything we tried was delicious! It's rare to find bagel stores like this these days. Bravo! Book a table now
