The food quality at Bagel Factory ranges from good to very good, earning it a rating of 4 to 5 stars. However, my main issue with the restaurant is the confusion surrounding online ordering. Many sandwiches are advertised as including certain ingredients by default, but when you actually place your order, you often find that you need to pay extra to add those same ingredients. For instance, the Goodfellow's Hero has a base price of $10 and is supposed to come with a hero roll, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and roasted red peppers. Unfortunately, I found myself having to pay an additional $3.50 to include these items, even though they should have been part of the sandwich from the star...
I ordered the jalapeno cheddar cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel. We got three of these and I am sorry to say that they were absolutely terrible. I'm not sure what kind of cheddar cheese they added into the cream cheese, but it tasted like yellowAmerican cheese. Slices. Cut up and mixed. I had to spend 10 minutes at home to try to fix the flavor and salvage them intosomething comestible. The cream cheese had such a small amount of jalapenos mixed in but I had to fix them at home by adding alayer as you can see. They had only two saving graces, one that they use fresh jalapenos and two, the coffee, which is prettygood.

Food is decent but every single time I order ahead they?re ALWAYS late, not even a little late, for example I placed the order at 9:58, said it would be ready by 10:18-10:23, we didn?t receive it until 10:45?.we didn?t even get anything crazy, 2 toastedbagels with cream cheese and a small stack of pancakes. Really ridiculous to wait that long for something so simple. I can?ttell you how many people we watched walk in and then out with their orders while we waited. No longer coming here, not worth it.
The restaurant is very clean, offers good prices, serves delicious fresh food, and provides excellent service. I visited during the Covid pandemic and was impressed by their cleanliness; staff members were continuously wiping down the counters. I ordered the veggie omelette with cheddar, which came with home fries and toast, and it cost me under $8! What a fantastic deal!
Stumbled upon this gem this morning with my dad! The bagels did not disappoint and the fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious! Sit-in area was very clean and cozy. The staff here, every one of them, were so pleasant and helpful! Great littleestablishment here! Can't wait to try more options.
This is the best bagel place, no doubt about it. They offer everything you could want, with amazing sandwiches and lunch options. Everything is made to order quickly and at a reasonable price. You should definitely give them a try!

This is a lovely spot for a bagel and a light meal. Everything appears delicious and fresh, the atmosphere is clean, and the staff is friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the bagel we ordered.
I ordered a 2 Eggs Sandwich with my eggs cooked over easy, and it did not disappoint! The home fries are also absolutely delicious. This is my favorite place for breakfast.
