Been coming here for four years and very rare my order was given to someone else and I got there's. But the other day They messed up and deliberately gave me someone else's order. My order was given away and my server knew that because she looked at the order ticket and put it on the side and told me that she was going to check on my order with the cook. The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, and I have been a regular customer for some time. However, the owner is unfriendly. The bathrooms are always out of order, and the soap dispenser is empty. During my last visit, I witnessed a server pick up dropped chicken salad from a dirty table and put it back into the bowl. This was very concerning and uncomfortable, so I declined the food. The area where this occurred was not clean, with debris and possibly harmful cleaners nearby. The owner also takes up customer parking spots, despite having a handicap placard on her car. I ordered two egg and cheese sandwiches, one bagel with butter, one chocolate milk, and one large coffee, which came to a total of $24.85. As someone who works with numbers for a living, I am struggling to understand these prices. While I am aware that rent in this area is high, the prices at this restaurant seem exceptionally high. Hopefully, someone can provide some insight or help me make sense of this bill.
Came here yesterday and got a dozen bagels , some egg salad , and specialty cream cheese. From the moment I walked in the service was top notch. The two young gentlemen at the front were very attentive and energetic. The bagels here are also pretty large and delicious. Great place to get bagels.

I previously had a 2 star review. But the lines have been shorter maybe because less people are coming here. Service is terrible the new people there really are rude and don't wear gloves on both hands. I'm done with this place.
The bagels are delicious at this restaurant. However, the service is slow and the prices are a bit high. It also seems like the bagels may have gotten smaller recently, but that could just be my perception.
So glad they are under new management! Bagels are still the best ever and the counter people were very polite! I’ll definitely be back!
