Been coming here for four years and very rare my order was given to someone else and I got there's. But the other day They messed up and deliberately gave me someone else's order. My order was given away and my server knew that because she looked at the order ticket and put it on the side and told me that she was going to check on my order with the cook. She comes back out and says oh the one she put aside was mine. Of course she looked right at the order ticket then threw it away and gave me the egg sandwich. Well when I got home she gave me someone else's order which was completely different than mine and I had to toss it. She couldn't do the right thing and give me a refund or ask if I wo...
Came here yesterday and got a dozen bagels , some egg salad , and specialty cream cheese. From the moment I walked in the service was top notch. The two young gentlemen at the front were very attentive and energetic. The bagels here are also pretty large and delicious. Great place to get bagels.
So glad they are under new management! Bagels are still the best ever and the counter people were very polite! I’ll definitely be back!
