Best authentic bagels. Crispy outside, chewy inside. Not overly puffy, perfect size. Great variety without the heretical rainbow, blueberry, and other garbage flavors that some places sell. Great grain bagels are excellent. They also have minis, which my kids love. Buy 12, get 3 free.
I recently went to the restaurant and ordered two items. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested, and to add to my frustration, they forgot one of the items I had paid for. I ended up having to drive back to resolve the issue.
Decent bagels but lackluster service with cashiers that present to the public as though they can't be bothered. Some fail to even turn around and face you when you speak to them.

I rely on oxygen and have trouble walking, but the staff was exceptionally kind in bringing my order to my car. I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness. Thank you!
Everything bagel was extremely soft even at 1:30pm! New York bagel watch out. The staff was extremely nice even brewing a fresh pot of coffee at 1:30pm!
