I had very bad experiences with Bagels and Brew. We as a company usually order / food from there very often. In the last order I found a bug on her salad, I couldn't identify what it is, but I felt so sick afterwards. When I called the manager to share my experience, it was forwarded to catering managers. The connection was not good to end the whole conversation. But catering managers reacted very rudely without apologising for the impurity of the kitchen. Their answer was, so you just want a meal, in a way that if I do this for their cheap $10 meal or bagels. You sentenced my To-go order 2 days in a row (end, things happen), on the second day they also doubled my credit card and if I kindly called to correct it, did they tell me? I'm just busy to contact her later and hang on to me. Errors happen, but how you handle it is important. Terrible as they deal with things. Never back to this place.
This is the best bagel West of NYC. The variety is very good but I can do without the California touch such as the multi color kitsch one. It has the neighborhood vibe so missing in today's eating place. One big minus, the Coffee is terrible and completely undrinkable. This is why it gets only 4 stars.
The food and coffee was delicious. It?s definitely crowded on the weekend and there?s a wait. It wasn?t too long. We got our food about 25 minutes after we ordered. We were there at 9 and the place was already full with a line. There?s indoor and outdoor dining there. Prices are reasonable.
