I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived this time, a young gentleman had a rather odd attitude. I asked him to ensure my coffee was decaf, and he mumbled a quick "yes" without even making eye contact. I placed my order, and he didn’t write anything down; I wasn't even sure he was paying attention. As a result, he forgot half of what I had asked for and seemed to put whatever he wanted instead. By the time I noticed, I was already too far away to correct it.
My husband and I visited the Mamaroneck location, and our experience was quite disappointing. He ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese, but it came with peppers and onions, which was unexpected, so I had to return it. When I received my order, it was completely undercooked. All I got was a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese, and it wasn't even warm. I’ve attached a photo of the undercooked food. Given that we paid over twelve dollars, it felt overpriced, and the quality of the food was lacking.
Fantastic bagel shop! I really enjoy their variety of flavors and breakfast sandwiches. The bagels are always fresh and tasty, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

You forgot my hashbrown and were a bit stingy with the bacon, but the quality of the food was so impressive that I still feel it deserves a 4-star rating.
The egg sandwich was well-prepared and tasty, although the cheese could have been melted a bit more. Other than that, it was excellent!
Amazing place, the customer service is excellent. Great bagels better than any in city. Get my real NYC bagels in Larchmont. So happy.
