Food was ok at best and service completely sucks. Nobody knows what's in the juices except for one person who can't answer any questions when it's busy. When we ordered pizza the woman told the guy to put in pesto slice which he didn't. When I went to check status he told me nobody ordered pizza. There are 4 workers here and all of them are completely disconnected in communication. Not expecting amazing service but ruined experience wouldn't come back here.
The staff is friendly and the food is enjoyable. However, I'm giving it three stars for a couple of reasons: first, the pizza cook is quite rude and obnoxious. The owner should consider letting him go! Additionally, the air conditioning needs improvement; it was uncomfortably hot inside.
Went in today for a tuna melt on a bagel. If there were 2 Tbsp of tuna salad on that bagel, it would be a generous estimate. The cheese looked like a strange squirted thing it was like strings of melted cheese that covered maybe 20% of the bagel. And for this I paid $13. What a ripoff.

I came into this place and went to order but I couldn’t help but notice that this place was extremely dirty and the cashier had finger nails the size of an arm i am truly horrified.
A classic NYC deli, you get what you expect and it does not disappoint. Lots of options if you want variety, and delicious classics. Also reasonably priced for NYC
Now that is a good bagel shop. The food is outstanding and they are fast... Very fast. Want more of these places across the country
