Even being in an unassuming location, in a random shopping plaza- this bagel spot is my favorite. I've done the NYC favorites like H H, Zuckers, Zabars... but I just love the bagels here. The texture is just the way I like them. A bit of a crust on the outside, soft and fluffy with just the right amount of chewiness on the inside. Lightly toasted or not, it always hits the spot. Love the sweet rolls/ challah rolls also. Soft and fresh. If you happen to be there when a fresh batch has just been made, you'll end up grabbing more than you came for. They make their Everything bagels the best. Most places skimp on the Everything seasoning but not here. This is what an Everything Bagel should look...
The ordering system at this restaurant is terrible! They never get my orders right. While they have no issue charging for extra toppings, they consistently fail to add them to my sandwich. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I’m always let down. The staff seems to be in a rush and often don’t pay attention when customers place their orders. They really need to improve their system and become more organized!
Been coming here since I'm a little girl with my Mom. Had all of my parties catered from here, everyone loved the food. Great bagels, delicious hot food, the Shepard's Pie is to die for!!! Love the owners!!! Good people!!! ?

I was the only customer in the restaurant, and I felt completely ignored by the girl at the register. After waiting several minutes, she finally finished texting, but then she took a phone call and walked away.
The staff were professional, and we enjoyed a delicious sandwich together. However, while sitting at the table, I noticed dust and garbage under the tables and chairs, which was quite off-putting.
The staff at the counter are friendly and communicate well in Spanglish. The food is quite tasty, and it's clear that everyone working there is dedicated and hardworking.
The food is absolutely delicious! There's usually a line, but it's definitely worth the wait!
