Get out of Orleans! The Bagelstien restaurant on 1 rue d'illiers is specialized in bagels. The welcome was beautiful. Bagels are prepared in front of you with fresh products. Ideal for lunch at noon and for a breakfast afternoon! Several menu options for a correct price. Good atmosphere in the room with a New York style. The service was fast and hot. Recently opened this is a great place to rest your and enjoy great fresh food prepared on site (no frozen products here) at reasonable prices. A terrace out front lets you enjoy the crowds visiting the Place Royale where the statue of Joan of Arc...dominates. A pedestrian area where you won't be hassled by cars and exhaust fumes. Enjoy
Very good experience! I went there around 2:00 and there was almost no one, the servers were very kind and efficient! I took a bagel Léontine (saumon, cream cheese, salad, cucumber, yogurt-citron sauce) with a full bread and it was as good as beautiful

Found by chance during my professional trips, I recommend it 100%. The decoration is superb, the breads are all good, the products are top, even the desserts!!! In addition, staff is really nice, we feel they like doing. Bravo!!!

We came here for a change from the standard tartine butter and jam or pastries often offered at breakfasts in French cafes. Coffee was not the best but the bagels were good.
