Tradition? It's industrial bakery... I don't have anything against that, but to put tradition in the name, I have to dare. I took a salmon sandwich once, after 3 minutes by car, it was at 15°C (measured with infrared pistol). I think the refrigerated bank didn't work. And he wasn't famous.
