my wife found this place while she robbed a new place to try while on holiday in it castell what a find.....with the help (and advice) of regular diners we met at our first visit, we enjoyed an amazing meal in bahia. we (on recommendation)...who for a salatstarter. that was not an ordinary salate. oh no, everyone mouth was an explosion of aromen, fresh and tasty. all products are grown by the owners so spaceing with the quality to boot. the red wine we had on recommendation was probably the most beautiful red we had. there are no menus and no prizes advertised as they cook what is available and in the season, but with eating as well as those who are interested, simply eating and enjoy this s...
this inconceivable place is an absolute gem. we were told about our taxi driver. we received an amazing reception and the owner provides the offer of the day with real passion for food and ingredients. everything is local and on this day....We ate snuggling, artichokes with garnel, large garnels with garlic and a piece of turbot. each court was a manifestation, but my favorit were the mush and turbot. we ordered two bottles of wine when the first was so good. an abarino and a ribera. go with the owner recommendation and they will have a great time. the prices were good due to the ingredients and the high quality of the wine in the offer. we can't wait to go back.
The restaurant bay is located in the municipality of es castell (menorca) on calle sant josep number 37! if you are looking for a restaurant overlooking the sea and oted will eat fritanga do not come to this restaurant! the restaurant bay is located in the village of es castell the fish is very good and it is fresh! and all the food does it with vegetables from your own garden! out for years that was not so well advised!
visited twice in juni and received a very warm reception at both locations along with very fine dining. many thanks to aurelio and loli (the chef) we will return.
