We went there to check for a lost belonging, which is very important to us. We asked the staff downstairs for their help, and they were very nice. However, the staff on the upper floor was extremely rude to us (The Girl who only Spoke Englisch). Instead of helping, she laughed at us and told us it might be in the trash, which is extremely unprofessional and rude.
Quite a big shop. It's just incredibly annoying that as a man you have to walk through all the women's floors to get up to the fourth floor (the escalators are set so stupidly that you have to walk through everything). By the way, twice, and again when leaving the store.
