after some nice days in Meissen with good food and wine we vera about to leave.Limited time for lunch, what to do?let´s find something around the railway station .YES we did, we found The Saxonis Bahhofrestaurant a restaurant that opened 1928 and survived the DDR time. Now under the perfect management of Steffen Henrich who is cherishing this perl in an excellent way!Enjoy the food, the lovely local beer and support this off located restaurant.We had scrambled eggs with chantterelles an potato sallad an lovely Meissener Schwerter Beer.Enjoy and support this place!

after a few nice days in Meissen with good food and wine we go over. Limited time for lunch, what to do? we find something around the station. Yes, we did, we found The Saxonis Bahhof restaurant a restaurant that opened in 1928 and survived the GDR period. Now under the perfect direction of Steffen Henrich, who appreciates this pearl in an excellent way! Enjoy the food, the beautiful local beer and support this restaurant. We had scrambled eggs with Chantterelles and potato salad a beautiful Meissen sword beer. Enjoy and support this place!
