I believe that the fried ingredients are made in advance, and heated immediately due to the lack of moisture in the meat, bacon and chicken hearts, to speed up the preparation of the snacks, as they have a high demand from customers. Personally, I didn 't like the snack because of its dryness, impossible to eat without sauces. You arrive at the end of the snack and the bread is dry, with no juice from the meat or other ingredients.
