Edit: I returned today and reordered the Impossible Taco Combo and THIS TIME I received 3 tacos on a platter with beans and rice. There was a different cashier and this was later in the day but again, everything was delicious and I got more ofeverything for about the same price I paid the visit before. So glad I came back! Previous review: I ordered the ImpossibleTaco combo and it was delicious although it came with only two tacos and was pictured with three on the advertisement. Howevereverything was delicious and tasted very good! I will definitely be back for more!
Absolutely dreadful. Whatever you're in the mood for, you'd be better off cooking it yourself. I hadn't been to Baja since it first opened years ago in California, and I remembered the fish tacos being large and flavorful. But now, I’m not even sure what I was served—it resembled tiny, disappointing fish sticks. The texture was terrible. The salsa tasted like plain water; there was no flavor whatsoever. The chips were the most tasteless, unsalted, dry chips I've ever encountered. This experience has certainly convinced me that I will never return.
The food was not that good it was cold I ate burrito último not warm. My wife had 2 shrimp tacos nit the best. The gentleman that help us at register was nice. But the environment was bit sad not to exciting for thr staff to be working and bathrooms needed key for use. Price we paid not worth $50...... hope this helps the workers Nacho cheese and chips was the best part. Yelling food is ready for each customer was not professional and could use better approach If you read past reviews they had great reviews last 2-3 years what changed?
I had a truly terrible experience at this restaurant. As other reviewers have noted, the girl at the counter is completely unsuitable for her role. The service was dismissive and even hostile, which made me wonder if she might have a social issue. If that's the case, she would be better off in a position with minimal customer interaction. The food was decent, but it was overpriced. Additionally, the place was quite dirty. It used to be our go-to spot when shopping at IKEA, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Never again.

Update 8/31/2022: Had the impossibility bowl. With a drink and tax it came to $19. But it's not sucking. Pretty good taste on the meat and all other fresh ingredients. The staff was great. Not too bad. The price will probably keep me as a very casual customer, but I would come back. Most recommended. Limited experience here, but so far all positive. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and professional. Will be back soon. Recommended.
After a long stroll through IKEA we were hungry. There is ample parking, Masks Required, social distance inside seating. If you have never tried Baja Fresh for your Mexican Food Cravings i would highly recommend. Everything is afresh. Unfortunately the salsa bar is not open to grab your own. Remember to ask for up to 3 servings of salsa. Coke products .
