This is the worst-run restaurant I have ever encountered. The staff doesn't even seem to know their own menu. They informed me that I couldn't have roasted vegetables with my Baja bowl, even though it's clearly listed as an included ingredient. They charge extra for lettuce, and almost everything else, so a bowl that starts at $7.99 can easily end up costing $12 without adding guacamole. I hardly ever eat here, despite it being my favorite choice in the food court, because I can't afford to spend $12 on lunch every day, not to mention the unpleasant service experience.

I ordered a salad, and I could see the bottom of the plate through the middle of it after it was assembled. During my second visit, they didn't offer me any of the items, like grilled vegetables, that were included in the dish's price. Both times, the amount of cheese they added was laughable. The quality of the food was disappointing. I ordered a Baja bowl, which is supposed to include vegetables, but the server informed me that it doesn’t. That’s clearly stated in the item description. The meat was gray, and the rice was tough. The only decent item on my plate were the chips. I wouldn’t return to this restaurant.

Poor service. Servers were grumpy angry not ready to listen and advise on options. It was just a mess of a service. My card was thrown back at me without a receipt. I didn't even know how much they charged.
This restaurant has room for improvement. It falls short of being like Baja Fresh. The menu options are very limited and the quality of meat is not good.

Waited for help for five minutes. An employee came out, filled something on the steam table, glared at me and walked away and didn't come back.
The steak was overly tender and the cheese sauce was too watery, but the quesadillas were delicious.
