My husband and I arrived for a seminar at the resort, having stayed at this lovely property before. Unfortunately, we arrived late and had booked the wrong type of room. The night manager couldn't help us with a move at that late our but assured us that it would be addressed the next day. Oliver called the next morning and was absolutely amazing! he moved us to a perfect room just in time for my birthday celebration. The entire staff was so helpful and pleasant, but our hero is definitely Oliver. Outstanding customer service. Thank You, The Blocks
The Balboa Bay Club used to be a legendary gathering place for celebrities and the wealthy, situated right on the harbor in Newport Beach. However, the original club has been replaced by a large, utilitarian concrete building that lacks any architectural charm and obstructs the harbor views. Now functioning as a hotel and restaurant, it still has big yachts docked in front, but the old charm and unforgettable membership experience are a thing of the past.
Dinner was exceptional. The staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating. The entire venue was clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed comfortable waterfront views while dining, socializing, and having drinks.

The restaurant is situated in a stunning area with beautiful views of the bay. There are nice heaters to keep you warm, making it a perfect spot to gather with friends.
