we already know the new owner from the Komturei in Gundelsheim but were always only industries there. So we thought we'd try dinner and it was worth it as expected : I ordered pork ends with homemade latency and mushroom sauce, and there was also a salad. It was all fresh and self-made. The salad was very big considering what else you get as a supplement salad.
