Ballous wine bar snd restaurant is a very enjoyable experience. I sat out on the patio with my girlfriend and dog Jill. We had a panini sandwich and for dessert a huge moist brownie. Inside at night I played music for all on A Friday night and a Saturday night. Many friends attended and enjoyed the fine food offered by this fine restaurant.Good times,good food , and many of fine wines to chose from.
When I go to Guilford, it's usually because Ballou is my first destination. A great place to meet the girls' friends. A flight of wine, my favorite beet salad, flatbreads and great service are my reasons to return. It is a must try if you walk the many beautiful shops of Guilford
I'm going here from Middlefield because it's the best wine bar and literally the best horse cheese fondue I've ever had. $10 wine flights on Monday and Wednesday. Can't beat it!
Always ingenious food and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the wine they serve. Very recommended!
