Ballumbie Castle Golf Club

When I heard that a round was going to cost £20, I must say that I wasn’t expecting too much. How wrong you can be. From the great view on the elevated first tee, it was a wonderful experience. Some very tight holes, a couple of water hazards and lots of tough bunkers. Watch out for the 18th green. A misplaced shot will find a very deep bunker. Staff in the clubhouse and golf shop were very welcoming. All in all, an excellent day’s golf.

Have been to Ballumbie for a meal on a number occasions and I have always had a nice meal with friendly service. Recently went there to try the hanging kebabs with friends and the kebab was very tasty with a good choice of sides. They had a good selection of cocktails on their menu and throughly enjoyed my time here. Will definitely be back.

I recently visited Ballumbie Golf Club and was impressed with the excellent condition of the course, thanks to the hard work of the greenkeeping staff. I want to thank Jackie and her team for their assistance in providing a delicious breakfast and a well-prepared home-cooked lunch. It was the perfect place for a day of golf.

Great food in a great atmosphere. My works night out was made really enjoyable by the friendly staff ar Ballumbie golf course. Good food and generous portions with a good variety to choose from. Thanks Ballumbie for a fab night out.

The restaurant, when open, is excellent and I'd give a 5-star rating If it had more regular hours : Well worth a visit. The course its self is a cracking golf course.
