The Balmoral Resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with clean facilities and outstanding amenities such as a large swimming pool, children's play area, and water slides. The bar and grill service was top-notch, providing delicious food and drinks for the whole family. Monica at the bar was fantastic, providing friendly and quick service. Genesis assisted us with our cabanas and first round of drinks, and was very kind. The staff overall was great, creating a wonderful experience for us.
The dining experience was fantastic! The staff was friendly and very attentive! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, the ambiance is very inviting! A top-notch 5-star rating!
The restaurant is lovely, with its own pool for families to enjoy. There is plenty of space for families to relax after visiting the nearby parks.
we have rented a house for 2 families, large houses, but dated, not properly kept. photos were made when they opened. have not been going back
