Today I had the worst experience I could ever have at an establishment. I won't stay the staff were very rude, just this one girl. My wife ordered 2 Pina Coladas and as I'm lactose intolerant I quickly asked the staff was there milk. They advised yes. I asked could I swap 1 for q Muay Thuai and confirmed 1 Pina Colada and 1 Muay Thai. Unfortunately 2 Pinaz came out alongside a Muay Thai. I explained the situation to the waiter and the bar maid quickly rushed and what I can only describe as squares up to us and called us liars. I then asked for the manager as we were as what I can only describe as being abused to be then told she was the manager. She took 1 drink back and made us pay for 2 dr...
Just off the beach for a quick drink or lunch as we did for the 2 days we were there. Service is ok so long as you're not waiting for the bill we were forgotten about twice! Having said that 2 waiting staff for the whole place wasn't enough. We had the salads goats cheese and breaded chicken both were divine. Warning though the Sangria comes in a pint glass!! Not cheap either 2 drinks, 2 salads 1 coffee for 45 euros.
Poor establishment. Waited 20 mins to be served whilst staff ate and drank behind the bar. When we did get the waitress was rude and uninterested. Ordered a maxxi burger with extra fries which amounted to eleven. Ordered a vodka and sprite which arrived as a pint of sprite and when we said it was meant to be vodka too we were tutted at before the waitress returned with a single vodka in a shot glass. Don't go.
Overall, this bar is in a nice setting, however the waitress was impatient and the cocktails seemed to be quite expensive. Compared to our hotel up the road where the cocktails were 5.80 euros, these were 8.50 euros and the service was slow. However drink was nice. Book a table now
There's a number of these along the Playa de Palma, but we only stopped at no. 15. gorgeous view. Outdoor seating. Reasonable prices. Good salads. We had the tuna salad. Very nice except for the tinned asparagus. Good service.
Well, I stoped at number 12. Only 2 employees, one serving and one behind the bar...extremely slow and not very eager to sell. Bad management not to have enough staff. And its not the first time... nice spot though...
No connections with waiters, ignored and they clearly had enough customers, left after 30 min together with several families. Will not try again and not use the beach in front.
Ordered the chicken salad for 12Euros. Recieved a bowl full of lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes and 5 chicken nuggets wacked on top. Therefore, i wouldn't bother returning. Book a table now
Had the best Caesar salad in this place with real anchovies, very relaxing place with lovely views over the sea! Fast service and good prices!
