We eat here a couple of times a year and each time, I swear it will be our last. The food is generally just ok, though recent additions to the menu are good--a nice veggie burger and some lovely salads. The reason we keep returning...is the hot chocolate--it 's amazing. But the service is so poor. Today we were kept waiting for 10 minutes just for menus. Then another ten to take our drink order. Finally, the drinks appeared (not sure how hard a bottle of water and beer was, but it took ten minutes). We finally ordered and our burgers took over 30 minutes. I have been there quite a few times as I like their varied menu and unusual flavors but I believe this time was my last. Service has always been slow: either not enough employees or else they are busy talking to each other. Today I...went straight to the bar to place my order seeing that no one was coming to my table but was told by the waitress to go back; she promised she would come to take it. I watched her pass by a few times and waived at her but nothing happened. After 15 minutes I simply left.
Place is nice and charming, food also rather good. However, with all my respect and patience, really long service.. At lunch time its really annoying. You see waiters running, but they dont look at you.. I don't know- for lunch time it should be improved.. ashame...
The place is nice close to the lake.food is good as quality but...service is not so welcoming. They forgotten wine and never apologize,wine red was cold. 7 tiny gambas with basmati rise (see photo)...30 chf too expensive even for Switzerland.

Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. La deco un peu bohème se prête à une ambiance cosy. Les chocolats sont bien entendus à tomber par terre. Les salades et autres plats sont parfaits pour une petite pause
Agréable petit restaurant. On se croit au Moyen âge. Belle ambiance et surtout grande diversité d'excellentes boissons au chocolat. Excellent service. La prochaine fois nous irons tester les repas.
