Not the lazy, mouthwatering picking through whatever roll on their table on teacars, but they need to find out how they fixed their order into some computer tables in the wide corner of the restaurant. then everything comes up immediately, then you have to pick it up yourself when the summer starts. you also need to organize your own schirr. they observe how the staff dries the crook in the sitting area. there is a constant background hum from a machine, they can hear the kitchen noises, and we were eaten by mosquitoes that had no business to be, as the place is a pretty far away into the building. we started...more
This place has been consistently awesome over the years and no doubt it remains hugely popular. The pricing is good and the portions reasonable. I have been her times and have always returned more than satisfied with their range of offering (dumplings, noodles etc Highly recommend to anyone who's after value for their money for some very very tasty food! Pretty sure you'll fall in love with their dumplings and go back again. The ordering system on the ipad can take a while to browse through for first time visitors (especially when this place gets crowded during lunch hours) but repeat visitor find it a breeze A true fan!
we have come here regularly until we stumbled in northbridge on one that is amazing that we always go there, but as we were in the city today, we decided to go to bambamboo, which was a bad idea. the squid was burned/ boiled over, so I told the girl and she happy gave us another plate of them that was not much better. the dumplings weren't nice either. this place is too expensive for what they get. definitiw will not go back. stay at northbridge. you really need to pick up your game bambamboo.
The food at Bam Bam boo is phenomenal and there’s a great deal of variety. Within having ordered our meal off the tablet, the meal was ready within minutes. Props to very efficient service, however the service was a tad cold, very little interaction from the gentleman who served at the counter. Nothing to write home about but nothing to break the experience either. Would definitely recommend Bam Bam Boo just based on food quality and fast service

Superb dumplings and pork buns. Ordering via iPad is cool, service was great and there are several beers available. What's not to like? I've been here several times, with both colleagues and personal friends it's a great place for an informal catch up.
Tried a variety of the dim sum on offer. Not something I found to be that good. A little expenno and can get better food at other places. Self service restaurant.
#bambamboo Refused service because of my disability. Having Cerebral palsy is not the same as being drunk. It's a life long condition that I have to live with.
Only great thing about this place was the service. I would rather walk to northbridge for some proper XLB and dimsum food.
