Service and support was extremely friendly and accommodating! In particular, the boss personally, “Mrs. Erika Lobek”, took care of every wish of her guests. The absolute highlight is the kitchen! The menus are the finest. I have rarely eaten so well! Many thanks to the whole team Prof. Dr. Manfred Rützler

We had spent 2 nights in this hotel. Very nice staff, everything very familiar and warm. Lovingly furnished restaurant and the rooms have been modernly renovated. The food was also great and can be recommended! Parking was also available. Nothing was missing.
Room was rather small, but okay for 1 night. Unfortunately there is no door to the toilet in the room (everything is open). The central location and proximity to the Tamina Therme were positive. Price/performance ratio is rather on the upper limit.
